Access modifiers in C #:

Public: Publicly available.

Private: It can only be used inside the current class.

Protected: protected and accessible only within the current class and in subclasses of that class.

Internal: can only be accessed in the current assembly (project), and public and internal permissions are the same in the same project.

Protected internal:protected + Internal.

(1), there are only 2 access modifiers that can modify a class: public internal

(2), accessibility inconsistencies:

The subclass's access rights cannot be higher than the parent class, exposing the members of the parent class.
