One, reset user account password with Apple ID

Well, here's how to do it:
If you incorrectly enter your account password three times in the login window, a message says, "If you forget your password, you can use your Apple ID to reset your password." Click the icon with an arrow in the circle to bring up the Reset Password dialog box. Enter your Apple ID and password, then click Reset Password to continue.
In the dialog box that informs you about the new keychain information that is displayed in the system, click OK.
Enter the new password, verify the password and password hint fields, then click Reset Password to continue.

Note: Changing the user account password will create a new keychain. The previous keychain still exists and can be accessed if you later remember the previous password.
