About PHP-FPM appears 127.0.0.1:9000 has been occupied

installation starts today PHP when the following error occurs:

[Email protected] etc]#/APPLICATION/PHP/SBIN/PHP-FPM

Error:

[03-aug-2017 21:30:29] error:failed to open Error_log (/app/logs/php-fpm.log): No such file or directory (2)

[03-aug-2017 21:30:29] Error:failed to post process the configuration

[03-aug-2017 21:30:29] ERROR:FPM initialization failed

Workaround:

[Email protected] etc]# Netstat-lntup | grep 9000

TCP 0 0 127.0.0.1:9000 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 12810/php-fpm

[Email protected] etc]# Killall PHP-FPM

Start again without error

[Email protected] etc]#/APPLICATION/PHP/SBIN/PHP-FPM

[Email protected] etc]#

[Email protected] etc]# Ps-ef|grep PHP-FPM
