If you cannot bring up the optical drive, run the pwd command to view the current path. If you are in the/mnt/cdrom directory, use cd .. to exit the/mnt directory, and then use the eject command to bring up the optical drive.

Note that if the terminal window for executing the mount/mnt/cdrom command is closed, you cannot use the eject command to bring up the optical drive. In this case, you can run the command fuser-m/mnt/cdrom to find the process using the optical drive, and then kill the process to bring up the optical drive. Or simply restart the machine.
