Amended Firemonkey Chinese and English mixed row folding problem (mobile platform)

Issue: FMX's text display on the mobile platform is not displayed by the platform's native API, but by FMX. Textlayout.gpu to deal with, perhaps the official did not notice the Chinese characters in the problem, resulting in Chinese and English mixed row, some problems.
