Android: Make chat Bubble point 9 chart

Step one: Select a picture under Res, right click to select "Create 9-patch File"

Step two: Determine the name of the Point 9 chart, can only modify the information before 9.png

Step three: In the same directory will be generated just created point 9 diagram, double-click open for editing
