Create a new makefile type file under the JNI directory for project, with the file name called application.

(Note: If you do not know how to create a new makefile type of file, you can copy the Android.mk file from the JNI directory in situ.) Then rename it to application. You can change the contents of the APPLICATION.MK after you open it ).
