Install

In this example, choose mysql5.0 【mysql-5.0.67-win32.zip】and double-click setup.exe.

1. For the installation type, select custom [M]

2. installation path, select C: \ WEB \ MySQL]

3. the installation is complete. When you click Finish, check mysql Configuration [Launch the MySql instance Configuration Wizard]

4. Select "Detailed Configuration" for the Configuration type]

5. Select Developer Machine for the server type]

6. Database usage, select general type [Multifunctional Database]

7. Set the path strength of InnoDB Tablespace and select the default value.

8. For mysql concurrent access traffic, select [Online Transaction Processing (OLTP)], which supports about 500

9. Enable TCP/IP: Enable [Enable TCP/IP Networking]. If not enabled, you can only access the database locally.

10. For the default Character Set of the database, select UTF8 [Best Support For Multilingualism]

11. For mysql installation, select Windows Service-type configuration [Install As Windows Service]

12. Set the mysql security settings, set the root password, and set whether remote access is supported. Here, select Enable root access from remote machines]

13. After the configuration is complete, click Execute]

Mysql installation is successful.

Start mysql Command Line Client, enter the root account password, and enter MySQL. The installation is successful!
