Backbase, the creator of AJAX technology, has announced that Workshop Studio in the BEA System has integrated the Backbase AJAx technology.
Backbase is headquartered in Amsterdam and is headquartered in California. Currently, Backbase is dedicated to integrating AJAX frameworks into BEA's Workshop Studio, the purpose is to enable Java developers to visually perform AJAX development in the open-source Eclipse system, and enable developers to better create enterprise application software.
So far, most AJAX developers adopt the command line method for development. As AJAX becomes increasingly mature, there are more and more demands for AJAX visual development, BEA Workshop adds JSF-specific functions in Eclipse. What Backbase can do is simply add Backbase-specific functions.
Jouk Pleiter, CEO of Backbase, said: "large and medium-sized enterprises want to use AJAX to create applications. It is not just a matter of upgrading. Secure AJAX solutions are suitable for existing enterprise systems, with the integration of AJAX into BEA Workshop Studio, BEA customers can use sophisticated AJAX functions to upgrade their enterprise-level Java applications."
