I was so happy to receive two CDs of Ubuntu7.10, each of which is 32-bit and 64-bit, sent by the Netherlands free mail. It took more than an hour to successfully install it on the old machine. Because the school IP address is bound to the MAC address, the old machine cannot obtain the IP address, and only the resources of the host allocated with the IP address are borrowed. 1.
