Start-and-run input cmd carriage return-Enter the netsh winsock reset command (reset Winsock file)--reboot the system.

If this is still not working, try the following fix:

1. Delete the following two registry keys (backup before deleting: Right---and export, if there is a problem, you can restore; Restart the system after deletion):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Winsock
Hkey_local_machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\winsock2

2. Reload TCP/IP protocol

1) Right-click the network connection, and then click Properties.

2) Click "Install".

3) Click Protocols, and then click Add.

4) Click "Install from Disk".

5) Type C:\Windows\inf, and then click OK.

6) in the list of available protocols, click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and then click OK.
