There may be multiple reasons for this error, I have the problem is that the ZendLoader.dll version is not correct, the module needs to correspond to the version of PHP, my PHP version is: 5.3.4, later I upgraded PHP to 5.4.5, the result is the error.

The solution is to go to the official website to download the corresponding ZendLoader.dll on the line, you need to note that PHP version also needs to use non-thread-safe.
