I don't want to have more Linux entertainment functions. Next we will introduce a network TV GMLive that can run on Ubuntu. Although GMLive is not as powerful as ppstream, it can be used together. I use the most mms streams and can play them directly on the terminal using mplayer. Currently, the latest version of GMLive is the third version in version 0.20. Compared with beta2, it has the following improvements. 1. added the recording function. 2. Support for opening local files, and support for drag and drop local files.

Recording Function Description: This is a function under test. But it seems to work. GMLive currently supports three types of videos (mms, sopcast, and nslive). Therefore, at the same time, your playing or recording actions can only work on videos of a certain channel. Our recording works in the background, because you can watch videos from other channels during recording (If your bandwidth permits ). For example, if you are recording a channel in the sopcast list, you can select to play the channel in the mms list or nslive list, however, you cannot play other channels in the sopcast list unless you disable the current recording.
In addition, we recommend that you end the file suffix with asf. Because it is in the asfformat most of the time.
