Compiz Fusion is usually compatible, but it is crazy when it cannot be enabled. Compiz Chek will check your existing driver and Compiz compatibility, ATI/Radeon driver, nVIDIA driver and memory capacity, and compatibility issues with the existing resolution and Compiz.
Usage:
1. Download: extract the package to/home/username or directly
Wget-O compiz-check.
2. enter chmod + x compiz-check on the terminal.
3. enter./compiz-check.
Display on the terminal
