Configure IIS server and iis server

When we develop our own websites, we need to write web pages on our own computers, and then how can we view webpages on the internet like we do, instead of simply double-clicking to open the webpage, You need to configure the IIS server so that you can preview the effect of your website.

The procedure is as follows:

1: Open the control panel of your computer-programs and functions-start or disable windows in the upper-left corner.

2: Enable Internet Information Service

3: Click the plus sign before it, click Open World Wide Web service, and then click the application development function. Check asp and server.

4: click "OK" and wait until the installation is complete. 5. Configure IIS server to run. 6. Disable the default web site, right-click it, and choose "Manage Website". 7: right-click a website, select Add a website name, write a physical path, select the folder where your webpage is located, and click OK. A window about port problems may pop up.


8: Enter localhost in your browser to access your website.
