First, back up the built-in Source: sudo cp/etc/apt/sources. list/etc/apt/sources. list_backup and modify the source: sudo gedit/etc/apt/sources. select a fast source for list, replace the original content, and save. Update the software package list: click System-Administrator-Update Manger in sequence for sudo apt-get update to install the System updates. follow the prompts to restart the software package.
