Chmod g + w, o-rx testdir ---------- modify permissions. The owner and group have the rwx permission. others do not have any permissions.

Groupadd testgroup --------- create a group testgroup

Useradd-G testgroup testuser ------ Add user testuser to testgroup

Chgrp testgroup testdir/-------- modify the group to which testgroup belongs

Useradd user2

Cd testdir -------- no permission

Su testuser

Cd testdir -------- OK
