Workaround:
Go to the MySQL website to download the latest JAR driver package and update on the line.

Select Platform, download (mysql-connector-java-5.1.33.tar.gz)
Last update to the Dbvis jar package to the appropriate directory on the line, delete the original, restart Dbvis startup, will automatically detect and load using:
The jar package directory is as follows: D:\Program Files\dbvis\dbvis_windows_8_0_9\dbvisualizer-8.0.9\jdbc\mysql
Tools-->driver Manager---> left to find MySQL-driven directory, update on the line
