First, use the net-install CD to install the "most basic" base-system (a minimum installed system that can be started, with a default value of more than 200 MB). Next, install the kernel-source, rebuild the kernel based on your hardware, cancel all modules, functions, and options that are not used, and then directly compile the "required" into the core (no module mode is used ).
Then, use dselect to inspect all installed packages, delete all "UNUSED" packages, and slim down the base-system, the reduced base-system will be smaller.
Install apt-build and debfoster. Use dpkg to back up the most streamlined package list in the system, and then start apt-build world. During the build world process, the system will install a lot of other packages, in this case, you do not need to worry about it (these suites will be deleted at last ).
After a long time, apt-build has finally been completed. After the recompile package on upgrade is installed, dpkg will also be used to list information about the packages already installed, at this time, the number of suites is about 200 more than the original base-system list. These are all installed in multiple ways. Use diff to compare the original backup list and find out which ones are newly added, remove all.
After the cleaning, debfoster also came in handy. It can be used for "two-degree cleaning ". It's almost the same now. Later, let's look at what kit you want to install, and use apt-build to install it. After installation, use debfoster to clear it.
By the way, the base-system is almost cleaned up. When building the castle, you must follow this principle (apt-build + debfoster). You can do it by yourself!
