Easily import IE favorites to firefox on Ubuntu

For the first time, I imported the IE favorites to firefox on Ubuntu. The results were garbled and many boxes. About encoding: firefox adopts UTF-8 and IE adopts ansi. Solution: from IE's collection folder, bookmark.htm,bookmark.htm Chinese character encoding is gb2312, must be converted to UTF-8 to import to firefox conversion encoding command: iconv-fgb2312-tu

Solution:

From the IE collection folder, bookmark.htm,bookmark.htm Chinese character encoding is gb2312, must be converted to UTF-8 to be imported to firefox

The conversion code command is as follows:

Iconv-f gb2312-t UTF-8-o bookmark-utf-8.htm bookmark.htm

Open firefox, sign the management book, and import it. Select bookmark-1_8.htm.
