Eclipse Neon Configuring the Web project Development environment

3. In the pop-up window, location input Http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon

4. Pull down to find Web,xml,java EE and OSGi Enterprise development

5. Click the small arrow to expand

6. Tick the tools you need to download, usually:

Eclipse Java Web Developer Tools

Eclipse Web Developer Tools

Eclipse XML Editors and Tools

If you are unsure of your needs, download them all.

7. After the download is complete

File->new->other:

You can see that you already have a Web project to choose from.
