The first is Tomcat configuration, which is a lot of online tutorials. I'm not going to start talking. When configured, you should be able to see such three kittens:
The main is how to build a Web project, the neon version itself is not added "Dynamic Web project" option, need to install the Java EE Development plug-in.
The steps are as follows:
1.help->install New Software
2. In the pop-up window, select Add
3. In the pop-up window, location input Http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon
4. Pull down to find Web,xml,java EE and OSGi Enterprise development
5. Click the small arrow to expand
6. Tick the tools you need to download, usually:
Eclipse Java EE Developer Tools
Eclipse Java Web Developer Tools
Eclipse Web Developer Tools
Eclipse XML Editors and Tools
If you are unsure of your needs, download them all.
7. After the download is complete
File->new->other:
You can see that you already have a Web project to choose from.
