Establish a JSP environment in WIN2000 (IIS + resin + j2sdk)
1. Download the required software
1-resin 1.2.1:
Http://summer.cnjsp.net/download/resin/resin-1.2.1.zip
2-j2sdk-1_3_0_01 for win:
Http://summer.cnjsp.net/download/jdk/j2sdk1_3_0-win.exe
II. Install software
1-install the j2sdk-1_3_0_01 for win, do not do other settings, the installation is complete
For example, install it in the c: j2sdk130 directory.
2-install resin 1.2.1: decompress the downloaded resin-1.2.1.zip package to the relevant directory
For example, install it in the c: esin121 directory.
3. Set the runtime environment
1-Find the binlog in the resindirectory and double-click srun.exe. OK. This step is complete.
Copy the isapi_srun.dll file to the c: intepubscripts directory and load the resin
In IIS, check that Internet information service> server Properties> ISAPI filter already exists.
Resin loaded, but not started
2-click Start> run and enter C: esin121insrun.exe-install to add the srun
When you observe the service, you will see that the resin servlet runner service has been loaded,
Not started yet. If you do not skip this step, you need to run srun.exe and two windows will be opened. Although debugging can be done,
But it is very inconvenient.
3-modify the resin. conf configuration file and find
<Http-server>
<App-dir> doc </app-dir>
To:
<Http-server>
<App-dir> c: inetpubwwwroot </app-dir>
4-restart IIS and start the resin servlet runner service.
So far, the installation is complete.
4. test-create test. jsp

In the browser address bar, type http: // localhost: 8080/test. jsp, classic Hello, world!

Cannot contact Servlet Runner at localhost: 6802
This is because srun.exe is not running.
