Exchange 2010 prompt exceeds target quota when you move mailboxes

When you move a mailbox by using New-moverequest, the prompt exceeds the target quota. The resolution process is as follows:

Viewed, this mailbox quota is 3.826G , because the mailbox is actually larger than the quota, so the following error occurred while moving
