Premise 2: disable firewall command:/etc/init. d/iptables stop

Method 1: Use the tool WinSCP.

Method 2: Samba Server

1. install the samba Server

Rpm-ivh samba-3.5.10-125.e16.i686.rpm

2. add a user and change the password

Useradd seekdwh

Passwd 123456

3. set the password for this user to log on to the samba service.

Smbpasswd-a seekdwh

4. configure the samba service

Vim/etc/samba/smb. conf

5. restart the samba service.

/Etc/init. d/smb restart

FAQs

1. Access to linux through samba is slow, and access to many directories fails.

Cause

Selinux (security-related module) is not disabled. disable Selinux by executing the setenforce peimissive command.
