Fixed the Terminal issue of Xubuntu10.10.

Newly Installed XUbuntu10.10. When you open the terminal window and run the command, an error is reported (such as running clear or nano). The following error occurs: erropeningterminal: unknown due to a problem with the TERM definition, therefore, execute exportTERM = xterm and then use nano to edit the configuration file sudonano/etc/environment and add an exportTERM = xterm.

In the newly installed XUbuntu 10.10, when you open the terminal window and run the command, an error (such as running clear or nano) is reported. The following error occurs:

The reason is that there is a problem with the TERM definition, so

Run
Export TERM = xterm
Then, use nano to edit the configuration file.

Sudo nano/etc/environment

Add a row
Export TERM = xterm

Then restart
