This problem is because the flash player you installed is not a debugger version. If Flash Player is a debugging version, you can open a page with Flash, right-click Flash, and a debugger and menu will appear. Of course, Flash Player is unavailable now.

My solution is to delete the original Flash Player and then install the Debug Flash Player.

Solution steps (try the following methods in sequence ):

1. Go to the installation directory of Flash Build 4: C: \ Program Files \ Adobe Flash Builder 4 \ player \ win

Click Install the built-in Flash in Adobe flash Builder. After installation, download the debug version.
