AjaxFileUpload SyntaxError: syntax error, ajaxfileupload

When using ajaxFileUpload to upload files, Chrome is okay. IE and Firefox have an error. Firefox reports SyntaxError: syntax error.

The JS Code is as follows:

The returned value of dataType is json, but no json data is returned in the background. Therefore, an error is returned.
