HelloWorld is a step that needs to be completed after setting up the environment, to create a simple HelloWorld, first to create the first Android project named HelloWorld.
Create a new project, "Android Project", with the Project menu, file, and select some parameters, you can choose what you like, but only if you are creating the appropriate AVD. What I'm filling in here is:
Project Name:helloworld
Contents: Select Create new project in workspace, tick the Use default location,
Build Target: Tick Google APIs (you can also tick other depending on what you like)
Properties:greate Activity:helloword
1. After clicking Finish, click on the Run menu of Eclipse to select Run configurations ...
2, select "Android Application", click on the upper left corner (button like a piece of paper with a "+" number) or double-click "Android Application", there is a new option "New_configuration" (can be changed to our favorite name).
3. In the right Android panel, click Browse ..., select HelloWorld
4. Tick the appropriate AVD in the automatic of the target panel, if no AVD is available, you need to click on the manager in the lower right corner and create the appropriate AVD.
5, then click the Run button, the successful operation will have the Android emulator interface.
Right button, run as→android application, will directly start your emulator, and so on after the start, you can see the program running results. At this point, we've created the HelloWorld of our Android development primer.
