(a) root your Android (believe that most people now have the root of the phone.)
(b) Download the app:adbwireless and install it on the phone.
(c) Install the ADB Toolkit, in fact, to use the ADB tool under Windows, only three files are required: Adb.exe; AdbWinApi.dll; AdbWinUSBApi.dll
(a) on the phone, open the adbwireless. The interface is very simple (see below), after opening, the default is available, when the key is red.
But I found out that my machine needs to press the button to turn it Green (adb off) and then press it again to turn red again to use.
Note Below the red button (each machine will be different), the following figure is: ADB connect 192.168.1.14:5555
(b) Under Windows, press Start, then enter CMD in the command bar to open the WinDOS window.
In the window to change the current directory to a directory containing Adb.exe, such as mine is: CD C:\ADB
Then enter: ADB connect xxxxxxx (Just below the red button)
This will prompt you: connected to 192.168.1.14:5555
The instructions have been successfully connected to the NC, and can be used as usual with ADB.
If you do not rest assured, you can try the following command: ADB remount or ADB devices to see if it is connected.
I tried it in 2.3 and 3.0, and it worked well.
enjoy!
