Arcmap sets different colors (and other transformations) of line segments and arcmap line segments.

1. Convert shp to mxd or export a map

At that time, the first shp file was supposed to be the second semester of the study. I don't even remember how it was done;
By saving the file as mxd, you can generate the mxd files that can be directly opened by arcmap of each shp, so as to convert the single shp element to the available mxd map format;
Export maps can be exported as maps of various forms

Ii. Generate the shp element file from the source data (such as latitude and longitude coordinates)

1. first, convert the obtained longitude and latitude coordinates (generally longitude and latitude) to the degree format. The conversion formula is = LEFT (C3, 3) + MID (C3, FIND ("°", C3) + 3600)/60 + MID (C3, FIND ("'", C3) +)/(Note: each parameter depends on the actual situation)
2. regenerate an Excel table. The corresponding x and y coordinates generate two columns respectively. The coordinate information is arranged in sequence under the first row column (such as x and y.
3. Save the next Excel table as a. CSV file.
You can also create a. txt file.
X, y
117.4333333, 30.82433333
4. import data and generate a shp file:
Method 1:

Under ArcMAP, menu tools-Add XY Data... 2. (1) Click OK after selecting items. (2) a new layer is formed and all vertices are added, the added vertex does not have objectID or FID. most of the shp layer functions, such as vertex selection, editing, association, and attribute operations. Further operations are required. (3) Right-click the generated layer and select data-expotdata ..., Export to The. shp file, and then add the exported file. (4) perform other operations.

Method 2:
(1) Open toolbox, click Data Management Tools --- Layers and Table Views; (2) double-click Make XY Event Layer to display the interface; select the coordinate file, x, y Field, and give the space reference system; (3) Click OK to generate; the following operations are the same as method 1.

3. convert a vertex to a line or plane, operate a line or a point element, display the node name, and display the line width and color.

Simply put, you can right-click each shp and select the attribute to respond. Note: (1) the color can be set by the unique value of the symbol system under the category (or the classification symbol under the number) (2) the width of a line segment must be manually designed. (3) when editing a shp, you can copy and paste a column in the Attribute Table (copy from another file to the Attribute Table .) (4) Point conversion to face. For details, refer to this blog's arcmap coordinate point generation line and face (more genuine)

How to change the width of a line segment in the Arcmap constructor?

Modify the symbol of the currently edited layer.

Arcmap converts the dwg file into several shp files, and wants to draw several lines on the shp file to make these lines editable in ArcGIS.

Is it vectoring? If yes, open the editor editing bar, editor-> start editing, select creat new feature from the task drop-down menu, and select the line segment layer to be edited from target. Click the pen on the toolbar, and you can start to draw the line you need. After finishing the painting, remember to click editor> save editing, and then editor> stop editing.
I hope it will help you. If you do not understand it, you can continue to ask me.
