How do we publish updates after an application has been iteratively developed?

Here, I use Visual Studio 2008 and SQL Server to demonstrate.

Once the program has been modified, we should do the following:

1.1 Click Solution to rebuild the solution.

After 1.2, we clicked on the Web project, as shown, and right-clicked "publish".

1.3 Create a new folder and assign the path to the path required by the publication. Finally click "Publish".

After 1.4 we open the corresponding publish file, will find a lot of files, including icons, form files and so on.

1.5 At this point, what we need to do is to not expose the company's configuration information as much as possible, and to minimize the amount of space used to update things. (So I deleted the config file and the picture file folder!) Everybody, look at your personal situation, huh! ）

After 1.6, compress this folder into a. zip package.

1.7 Finally inform the customer, let the customer install it, you can also install the update! Remember the best to ask customers to back up the previous system! (This is very important!!!) If the match has a problem, you can continue to modify! )
