Using Eclipse to build a Web project (using JSP files as an example)
First step: Create a Java Web project, open Eclipse, click file== "new==" Dynamic Web Porject
Step two: Fill in the project name in the Open new window and click the Finish button to complete the project creation
Step three: After the catalog is created, it is a web directory
Fourth step: If you need to build Web. XML in your project, you will have to do not press the finally button when you create the item, and in the next option select the tick below
Fifth step: Create your own web page The following example is a JSP Web page, right-click on the WEBCONTEBT directory New==>jspfile
Sixth step: Edit your JSP Web page code
Seventh Step: Deploy the server when you're done writing
1. First find the severs in the console below, and if not, find Window==>show view==>servers
2. Click the blank place on the servers Control Panel, and then new= "server
This way your project will be deployed to completion!
Eighth step: After the Tomat is configured and the project is deployed, you can see our configured servers and deployed projects in the servers of the Control Panel.
Nineth step: Next, you can browse your Web page in the browser.
Input: 127.0.0.1:8080//your project name//the page name of your JSP
