Ingredients: Cisco TFTP server, one cable (connecting hosts and switches), my ThinkPad
Local Area Connection: 2.2.2.1
3750-vlan 1:2.2.2.2
Telnet to the switch for configuration
1. Setting up a TFTP server
Close other network connections on the host to ensure that the TFTP server address is a locally attached IP (2.2.2.1).
Copy the new iOS to the TFTP server root directory.
2. Test the connectivity of the switch to TFTP
You can test the TFTP server for availability by configuring the TFTP server backup first:

Write-memory; Save linkage
Time-period 10080; auto-save cycle
Fallback to privileged mode write to see if there is a backup configuration on the switch in the TFTP server root directory
3. Formally upgrade iOS
View Flash with Dir
Delete the original iOS file:
Delete/force (no longer asked for confirmation)/recursive (delete subdirectories and files under directory) c3750-ipb***** (file name or directory name)
To copy the new iOS from the TFTP server to the switch:
Copy TFTP flash
Follow the prompts to enter the TFTP address, the source file name, the destination file name, and then wait ...
When the copy is complete, look for flash and go to global mode to configure the system startup key:
Conf t
Boot System Flash:c3750-ipserver****.bin
After you configure the system startup item, write in privileged mode
Finally reload, patience wait a few minutes switch reboot, fix!
