Su
2. Installing Mysql-server
Apt Install Mysql-server
Note: After Debian9, MySQL is replaced with mariadb.
So after you type MySQL in terminal, the prompt you see is mariadb instead of MySQL:
Login directly under Root, because the root default secret is empty
[Email protected]:/home/dolph# tail/etc/mysql/debian.cnf host = localhostuser = = Socket =/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock[mysql_upgrade]host = localhostuser == socket =/var/run/mysqld/Mysqld.sockbasedir =/usr
But only the root user can login, and no password, non-root users can not log on. Therefore, you need to create a new user for other users
' Admin '@'localhost'mysql '
At this point all users (including non-root users) can use the Mysql-uadmin-pmysql login myql, or use Mariadb-uadmin-pmysql to log in.
But at this time the Admin user is just a normal user, unable to see the MySQL system table.
' Admin '@'localhost'
Ok!!
Debian installation Mysql-server
