Mac install MySQL

Mac install MySQL not win under so smart (no brain), but also need some configuration steps, the online tutorial is not detailed enough to find a few integrated to install, so leave a mark, help others reduce the time loss:

1. Go to the official website next MYSQL-*.*.*-OSX10.9-X86_64.DMG, pay attention to select the corresponding CPU bit number

2. After installation, change Password:/usr/local/mysql/bin/mysqladmin-u root password yourpassword

3. There is a difference from this step:

(1) If you are using Mac Terminal (this command line only loads Bash_profile), then

Vim. Bash_profile

Add a sentence ( after logging off the system, the environment variable will take effect ):

Export path= "$PATH:/usr/local/mysql/bin"

Make the path take effect temporarily (temporarily do not log off, you can use the following command to temporarily take effect, exit the command line is invalid):

Path= "$PATH":/usr/local/mysql/bin

View results:

Echo $PATH

(2) If you are using zsh (z Shell), then the modified load file path is changed (for the first time with the Mac, my ignorance pits a bit. haha):

Vim ~/.ZSHRC
