When you create a database using SQL statements in MySQL, you always forget to specify the encoding format. This resulted in the problem of Chinese garbled in the process of using Project access to the database in utf-8 format. It was later discovered that most of the problems were not specified in the encoding format when the database was created. One way to create a database-specific encoding format is to specify the encoding format in the CREATE DATABASE SQL statement, for example, as seen below, specifying that the database encoding format is Utf-8

CREATE DATABASE ' test2 ' DEFAULT CHARACTER SET UTF8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;
