Employee Record Name Maintenance rules
-In the NS system design, the default field display is: First name, middle name, last name
-In general Preferences (Setup > Company > Genernal prefrences), the parameters that affect employee name display are: Use last name first for EMPLOYEES
--Check This box to order the employee lists by the last names.
This lists employees alphabetically to their last names instead of their first names.

--The information in Help is: Check This box to list employees by last name first for tax and payroll purposes.
In fact, the domestic customer can affect is the employee list display problem, i.e. https://system.netsuite.com/app/common/entity/employeelist.nl?whence=
-The name of the domestic employee and the foreign employee for the maintenance and presentation is make sense:
-Can be maintained as:
First Name:lisa chen xxx
Middle Name:
Last Name:chen,
This mate setting checked-on = Use last NAME first for EMPLOYEES; it will get the perfect result:
Chen , Lisa Chan (this presentation is perfectly acceptable and easy to read in the West)
-Domestic employee (for example)
First Name: XXX
Middle Name:
Last Name: Lee,
Get the result: Li, xxx (multinational company, prefer of foreign-funded enterprises) or maintain the result: Lee (prefer of domestic mainland companies).
