RDS in AWS modifies MySQL's encoding

Due to the creation of RDS, the default character set and the program are not matched, so it needs to be changed to UTF8

1. View MySQL current encoding settings

2. Creating an RDS parameter group in the RDS console

3. Modifying the character Set

Edit the parameter group, locate All items beginning with character-set, and modify its configuration to UTF8

4. Set the parameter group for RDS to the parameter group you just created. Restart RDS

Since I created RDS here using the default parameter group, if you want to correlate the parameter group you need to compare, see if there are any other parameters changed to ensure that RDS does not have problems
