The SECURECRT is an emulation terminal connection tool. It can be conveniently connected to the SSH server and remotely manage Linux. At the same time, it can use a variety of protocols convenient upload download files. One of the Zmodem is the SECURECRT support is a good old upload download protocol.
To upload a download using Zmodem, you must install the appropriate software in Linux. Otherwise securecrt cannot be uploaded or downloaded properly. In CentOS and Debian, the software is named "Lrzsz". The installation and use methods are described below.

How to use
when uploading a file, simply CD to the target directory of SSH, then use your mouse to drag and drop the file you want to upload into the SecureCRT window and select "Send Zmodem". Such as:
when downloading a file, you need to execute it in SSH:
