PPA is available and supports almost all Ubuntu and derivative version systems. Open the terminal and enter the following command:

Sudo add-apt-repository ppa: webupd8team/brackets
Sudo apt-get update
Sudo apt-get install brackets

Uninstall command:
Sudo apt-get remove brackets

Remove PPA Source:

Sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
Sudo ppa-purge ppa: webupd8team/brackets
