Install:

NPM i-g VUE-CLI

Setup:

Vue Init nuxt/starter basic-vue-proejct

CD vue-basic-Projectyarn

Run:

NPM Run Dev

Nuxt.js have already server-side rendering setup, which is pretty cool!
