W3C standards, w3c standards and specifications
W3C Standard
1. W3C, founded in 1994, is the most authoritative and influential international neutral technology standard institution in the Web technology field.
W3C has created and maintained WWW standards and is committed to standardizing the web. It has effectively promoted the compatibility of Web technologies and played a fundamental and fundamental supporting role in the development and application of Internet technologies.
2. Why should we follow W3C standards?
As a producer, we are actually in the middle of the stream. We are not the upstream browser manufacturer. They are the true makers of standards and not the downstream. They are the end users of browsers. This role means that we are at the same interface location. We need to find a way for downstream users to see the same content when using different upstream browsers.
We need to find ways to make our pages and programs support all browsers and meet as many users as possible. We want to satisfy all our customers. Even if we cannot, we need to satisfy all our users within the technical scope.
