What is the performance of Linux on netbooks?

However, the current Netbooks are mostly integrated Intel GMA 3150 graphics cards. Although nvidia graphics cards are integrated, there are too few, so it is hard to buy them.
I have seen on foreign forums that the Linux open-source driver of Intel GMA 3150 cannot fully utilize the originally bad 3D performance of this video card. Windows is a good combination. in Linux, there is almost no way to play 3D games. I basically don't play games. I usually play more KDE games.
