Windows cannot be reinstalled in both linux and windows systems

In both linux and windows systems, windows cannot be reinstalled-Linux general technology-Linux technology and application information. For details, refer to the following section. I use both FC6 and winxp sp2, But when I reinstall windows, the following problems always occur:

Setup is inspecting your computer hardware's configuration .....

Then there is a black screen, no response!

After looking for a long time, I found out that windows cannot identify linux partitions.

Everything works after I unmount linux and format linux partitions, but unfortunately

Linux has to be reinstalled, but my hard disk interface is sata, And the IDE hard disk does not have these problems!

If others have a better way, please let us know and learn from each other!
