Wine Chinese font settings

Wine's Chinese font settings-general Linux technology-Linux technology and application information. The following is a detailed description. First, wine's own system must have a Chinese font. I have installed in my Ubuntu system. This is also the Chinese font used by several versions of Windows Vista systems. Therefore:

Cd ~ /. Wine/drive_c/windows/fonts
Ln-s/usr/share/fonts/truetype/simsun. ttf simsun. ttc

Of course, you can copy the fonts font to the fonts directory, where the connection is directly established to save space.

Then modify the wine registry:

Vi ~ /. Wine/system. reg

Find [System \ CurrentControlSet \ Hardware Profiles \ Current \ Software \ Fonts], and set "LogPixels" = dword: 00000060 "to" LogPixels "= dword: 00000070".

Find the "[Software \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ FontSubstitutes] xxxx" item, modify the two items related to "MS Shell Dlg" to the following (that is, change the font to ):

Then:

Vi ~ /. Wine/drive_c/windows/win. ini

Change the "Desktop" block to the following (that is, increase the font size ):

In most cases, the Chinese display is normal.
