When the form post is submitted, the method to solve garbled characters is (Firefox view)

When a form is a get commit, the method for resolving garbled characters is:

1, Key=new String (key.getbytes ("iso8859-1"), "Utf-8");

2, modify the Tomcat Server.xml, in the configuration <connector port= "8080" protocol= "http/1.1 ..." Uriencoding= "Utf-8"

3, (not dependent on the configuration of Tomcat, recommended):

Two times URL encoding in the browser (for Struts2 to ognl the static method)
