1: download the latest xtrabackup from percona official website.

Http://www.percona.com/downloads/XtraBackup/Percona-XtraBackup-2.2.10/binary/redhat/6/x86_64/Percona-XtraBackup-2.2.10-re623acb-el6-x86_64-bundle.tar

 

2: Upload the tar package to the server

3. Installation

4: Install Perl

 
Yum-y install Perl-devel libaio-devel Perl-time-hires Perl-DBD-MySQL

5. re-install
