Configure MySQL to allow remote connection methods

Vim/etc/my.cnf
Note This line: bind-address=127.0.0.1 ==> #bind-address=127.0.0.1
Save exit.
mysql-uroot-p123456

To grant permissions to users who require remote logins:

Copy the Code code as follows:
Mysql> GRANT All privileges on * * to [e-mail protected] "%" identified by "123456";
mysql> flush Privileges;

Telnet command:
Mysql-h 223.4.92.130-uroot-p (-H followed by the IP address of the host to be logged in)
