How do I use the inode under Ubuntu?
Previously found a solution, but not very good, and later found that the following method is both simple and practical, very nice.
First, install Inode for Linux
1. First download an inode Linux version of the client at the school's Information Office website
http://xxhb.nenu.edu.cn/a/fuwuxiangmu/wangluofuwu/2014/0728/10411.php
2. Using commands
CP inodeclient_linux.tar.gz/home/inode/
Copy the Linux INode installation file to the directory "/home/inode/". Note that if the directory "/home/inode/" does not exist, it needs to be created beforehand.
3. Go to the directory where the installation files are located, use the command
Unzip the installation file.
Inodeclient_linux extracted after the two compressed package, respectively, 32-bit and 64-bit, you can according to your computer's system number to choose which one to extract.
In the case of 64-bit, the extracted installation files will be stored in the "/home/inode/inodeclient_linux/inodeclient_64" directory.
4. Enter the inodeclient_64 directory and run the command
sudo./install.sh
Install the Linux iNode.
Note: You must ensure that the root user has executable permissions to install.sh before running the command. You can use the command
chmod 755 install.sh
To modify the executable permissions.
5. After installing the Linux INode, run the command
See if the service Authenmngservice is enabled. If enabled,
Indicates that the Linux INode installation was successful.
At this point, the Linux INode installation is complete.
Second, establish a new connection
1. After the installation is complete, you do not need to restart the Linux operating system, and you do not need to start any services to run the INode client.
2. Go to the Linux inode installation directory and double-click inodeclient to open the Linux inode configuration interface.
3. Click the "+" button in the upper left corner of the image to eject the Create New Connection window,
Client-supported authentication protocols, including the 802.1X protocol and the portal Protocol.
4. Select the 802.1X protocol in the diagram, enter the Authentication Connection Configuration window, fill in the relevant information of the new connection, such as the connection name, user name, password, etc.
Note: If the PC has more than one network card or virtual network card, (1) in the figure must choose the network card for access authentication.
Third, certification
1. After the authentication connection configuration is complete, the authentication is initiated.
2. After successful authentication, the user can access the network.
