Google, the search giant, has made its code open source code and is welcome to invite external people interested in it during the development process.

Google has made all the code in its Web Toolkit open source code and invited non-Google people to participate in the process to publish internal meeting records.

Google Web Toolkit is a tool that helps Java programmers write Ajax-style website applications.

Earlier, Google released some code in an open-source project with Apache 2.0 license. However, Google announced on Thursday January 25 that it will release all the code in the Google Web Toolkit GWT to open the portal for external personnel interested in the development process.

Bruce Johnson, the technical leader of the project, wrote: "We will publicly discuss the GWT road map and all technical decisions. We have re-published the GWT site file under the knowledge sharing license agreement. In addition, we will announce the meeting records of our team to contributors or organizations in this process ."
